For years and years, no one knew who was he. This photo was taken on June 18th., 1965, in Phouc Vinh, Vietnam, by the photojournalist Horst Faas. But the soldier's name was not revealed by his family until 2010. Larry Wayne Chaffin, although he returned home, leaving the hell of war behind, soon began to feel ill, possibly as a result of the use of Agent Orange, and died at the age of 39, in 1985. He deserves to be remembered..
