Strange days at home

Sometimes reality is stronger than fiction. The national alert has been declared all over the Kingdom of Spain. The army patrol cities and towns against an invisible enemy. Streets are empty and everybody is at home. Only the music of the wheezy wind and raindrops on my window pane reminds me that this is not a dream. So have a nice day at home!, Feliz día en casa! :-)

Men on screen: My favorite yoga teacher

Alejandro Maldonado is a Mexican yoga instructor. Born in Mexico City (DF). He has trained in the subject-matters of Yoga and Meditation with the most renowned world teachers, including Sri Krishna Patabbi Jois, from India, and Tibetan Buddhist monks in Nepal. He worked for a time in the Televisa channel doing a daily program where he taught all his knowledges and his wisdom.
