Surachai "Chai" Romruen is a Thai actor, born in Ko Samui island (Surat Thani). He moved to Australia with his family when he was a child. Since then he began to practice diving and dancing. In 2013, Chai debuted as an actor in the television series "Mako Mermaids", where he currently plays the role of the merman Zac.
